BARRE:

Barre is a full body workout that uses small movements to lift and lengthen your muscles while building functional strength, incorporating some ballet positions, Pilates exercises and small weights for a fun and challenging class!

HIIT:

This class uses an innovative piece of equipment, a TRX Suspension Trainer, to give you a great full-body workout.. Every exercise, whether upper or lower-body, uses the core to help complete the movement, providing for a challenging and functionally successful workout! TRX Circuit classes also incorporate exercises off the TRX Suspension Trainer.

CIRCUIT CHALLENGE:

This hour long strength-training circuit class is for all levels, and will focus on proper form as you cycle through a full-body strength, core and cardio circuit.

SPARTAN SATURDAY:

This 8-week, all outdoor obstacle course training class is not for the faint of heart. It is to get you ready for the rigorous demands of an obstacle course race, and we will be finishing up just in time for the Spartan Fenway race November 4 and 5, but you do not need to be doing a race to take the class.  You DO need to be ready to challenge yourself with crawls, throws, carries, climbs, and hills.

BOXING WITH RICH

Rich has been boxing for a long time and will teach you the fundamentals. Class incorporates cardio and bag work.
